Mr. Steam Clean has a pet treatment package that eliminates pet odors, spots, and stains. We use an enzyme-based cleaning solution that encapsulates odors and completely breaks down organic material like urine, feces, vomit, and blood, so it can be removed with our deep cleaning process. Our pet treatment process is not just a cover-up – it will leave your carpet, area, rugs and upholstery looking and smelling fresh! Our enzyme treatment also works with odors in, tile & grout, and natural stone floors.

Our Flooring Steam Cleaning Process

Step 1: We begin with a customer walk-through, so we can get a feel for your flooring needs.
Step 2: We begin our cleaning process by vacuuming the flooring to remove any large pieces of debris and dirt from your floor.
Step 3: Next, we apply a non-toxic and biodegradable cleaner and degreaser and allow it to dwell on the surface during agitation.
Step 4: We then rinse the flooring using high pressure, hot water paired with a cleaning tool to clean and sanitize your flooring. We can also add a deodorizing option at this point, if there is a need for it.
Step 5: We dry vacuum the floor at the end of our cleaning to remove moisture.
Step 6: At the very end, we discuss the cleaning with you, go over any issues we encountered, and ensure that you are happy with the service we provided!
