Our Upholstery Cleaning Process

Step 1: We begin with a customer walk-through, so we can get a feel for your upholstery cleaning needs.
Step 2: We will pre-treat your upholstery to help it suspend dirt and soil, and will also address any stains or spots that need removing prior to steam cleaning.
Step 3: Next, we will use hot water extraction to clean and rinse the fibers of your upholstery, carefully lifting any soil, hair, oils, and contaminants from your upholstery. This also neutralizes fibers, so your upholstery won’t attract soil and dirt, and dries soft and fresh.
Step 4: The upholstery’s fabric will be groomed, so it dries without any marks or lines.
Step 5: A deodorizer and fabric protector may be added at this point.
Step 6: At the very end, we will discuss the cleaning with you, go over any issues we encountered, and ensure that you are happy with the service we provided!

“Upholstery will be dry in a few short hours!”
